Firm Administrator/Legal Assistant to

W. Randall Ackerman and Steven T. Ramos

Cynthia has over 19 years experience as a legal assistant.  She began her career at A&S in 1998 and has devoted her time and experience in family law, criminal law, business litigation, corporate law and collections.  Cynthia is under the direct supervision of W. Randall Ackerman by maintaining his case load with attention to detail.  She is also responsible for providing legal support to Mr. Ramos. As the firm administrator, Cynthia offers more than 12 years experience in management of a law firm.  Her responsibilities include billing and account supervision, marketing, supervision of staff and general office management.  Cynthia’s knowledge, training, and work experience makes her a valuable resource to A&S.

 Heather Dickens

Legal Assistant to Michael T. Savage

Heather has over 15 years experience as a legal assistant.  She began her career at A&S in 2008 and has devoted her time and experience in family law, civil litigation and personal injury.  Heather is under the direct supervision of Michael T. Savage and maintains his case load with attention to detail.  Heather is also responsible for Mr. Savage's billing and account receivables.  Heather’s knowledge, training and work experience makes her an asset to A&S.
